This report will be kept confidential, and the information within it will be shared only with relevant and specifically trained staff members as necessary for the investigation of the incident when appropriate. We will refrain from sharing any personal or identifiable information with others unless we have a reasonable belief that there is a true threat to someone’s health and safety.
